The mechanism of pain perception regulation; the influencing factors of pain regulation

My undergraduate major is psychology, and my work during my master's degree includes two parts:
1. Literature review on the similarities and differences of pain perception, itch perception, conduction and regulation mechanism;
2. Experimental study on the analgesic effect of transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation and the mechanism of brain spinal cord
